Tanzania Save the Community Initiatives (TASACI) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) duly registered with Registration Number 00NGO/R/1984. TASACI is founded on the members’ passionate resolve to contribute their expertise and mobilize resources towards addressing the country’s socioeconomic challenges. These challenges include, among others, household income poverty, economic marginalization of women and youth, environmental degradation and menstrual health management for adolescent girls in low resource settings. Recognizing that household income poverty breeds much of the other addressed social problems, TASACI will direct significant effort at empowering the low resource communities to improve their livelihood.
